Scenic View RV Park
- RV Parks & Campgrounds
People call us the ''Best kept secret on the inlet.'' Ssshhhh... don't tell anyone!
Scenic View RV Park (or SVRV, as we are affectionately known) sits atop a 200 ft bluff overlooking Cook Inlet and the spectacular “Ring of Fire” volcanic range. While not directly on the beach, we do offer an unbelievable view, and for those adventurous souls who are ''strong of body and weak of mind'' we have a ''class 5'' trail over the bluff to the beach.
Our facilities are immaculately clean and, because of our size, we're able to offer perks not available at most RV parks. We try to ''go the extra mile'' to make your trip to the beautiful state of Alaska a memorable one. Eagles soar over our park regularly, and don't be surprised to see a moose grazing outside your RV some morning.
We boast a 98% extend rate, with only the very scheduled not staying for an extra day, week or (yep, no kidding) a month. If you have a friendly, quiet and well-mannered companion (either two legged or four legged), he or she is more then welcome at our very pet-friendly park. We even have a kennel if the need arises. As with most parks, we request that you pick up after your four-legged companions.
You'll find Scenic View RV Park at Mile 127 of the Sterling Hwy, about 30 miles south of Soldotna, and about 44 miles north of Homer.
