Ninilchik Chamber of Commerce
- Visitor Information
Ninilchik is a destination for recreational enthusiasts especially for excellent year-round salt and freshwater fishing, extensive wintertime snowmachine and mushing trails and summertime razor clamming on the tidal flats. Panoramic views of four Cook’s Inlet volcanos, historical Old Village, the iconic Russian Orthodox Church of Transfiguration, Ninilchik River and Deep Creek watersheds, abundant wildlife and bluff-lined beaches provide photogenic opportunities rich in diversity and depth. Though lacking in a Visitor’s Center, Ninilchikan locals make up for this with their easy willingness to share the secrets of this unique corner of the Kenai Peninsula.
