  • About

A historic landmark that first opened in 1952, Gwin's Lodge has been operating under new ownership since 2012.

As the closest lodging to the confluence of Russian and Kenai Rivers, Gwin's Lodge is located at the most productive sockeye salmon sport-fishery on Earth. There is no better place anywhere for world-class fishing. The site, in the middle of Chugach National Forest at the foot of Kenai Mountains, is also a prime spot for photography and wildlife viewing. Gwin's Lodge is located centrally in the Kenai Peninsula making all indoor and outdoor activities easily accessible and a convenient home base for activities on the Kenai Peninsula.

Gwin's Lodge is a full-service home base for Alaskans and visitors alike in the Kenai Peninsula closest to the confluence of the Kenai and Russian Rivers. We have a full-service restaurant, a store that stocks fishing tackle and equipment, package liquor, snacks, food, and unique Alaska souvenirs. We have 17 cabin units. Our staff can help you plan your Alaska vacation and book all your guided trips and excursions at no extra charge. Visit our website www.gwinslodge.com for more details. For reservations call 907.595.1266 or email reservation@gwinslodge.com.
