Event Description The Friends of the Joyce K. Carver Memorial Library in Soldotna will be holding their Annual General Membership Meeting on Saturday, February 4, from 2 pm to 3 pm. The public is encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served and door prizes will be awarded. Come find out about the library expansion project update, the accomplishments of the past year, and help elect a new president. The Library is celebrating their 50th year of operation!
